Return instructions
Return policy
You may return the received products within 15 days without explanation. The fixed period begins with receipt of these instructions in written form (as a letter, fax or e-mail), but not before the recipient has received the products (for recurring deliveries of similar items, not before having received the first partial delivery) and not before the completion of the duty to inform you according to § 312c section 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with § 1 section 1, 2, and 4 of the BGB Reporting Requirement Ordinance (BGB-InfoV) as well as our obligations referred to § 312e section 1 sentence 1 of the BGB with § 3 of the BGB-InfoV. You can declare a return with a return request in written form when the products are not transportable as a parcel, e.g. bulky products. To keep the period it is enough to forward the products or a return request in time. In case of a return request within Germany the products will be picked up from you. In any case, the return within Germany will be at our cost and risk.

Returning consequences
In case of effective return, the products, payments and all other derived benefits (e.g. interest) taken by either party are to be returned and, if applicable, use drawn by the beneficiary (e.g. functional advantages) is to be released. A value compensation claim can be demanded with the deterioration of the products. This does not apply if the deterioration of the products is exclusively attributed to testing, as it would be possible for you to do in shops. The obligation to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The time limit begins for you when the products or the return claim are sent, the time limit for us begins with the receipt of the sent products or return claim.

Further notes
The right to return shall not persist for the delivery of audio or video recordings or of software which were unsealed by you. Custom products are excluded from exchange. The following items are also excluded from exchange: underwear, newspapers and magazines.
Please consider that the following terms are not requirements in the exercise of the return policy:
Please avoid damages and pollution. Please send the products to be returned with all accessories and package components, preferably in their original packaging. Please use a protective outer package, if applicable. If you do not have the original packaging anymore, please use an appropriate packaging to protect the products sufficiently from transportation damage to avoid compensation claims due to damage in consequence of defective packaging.
