Could you send me stickers for free?

We cannot send stickers for free, because all stickers of the brands offered in the online shop are enclosed with the orders.

How can I subscribe/unsubscribe to your free newsletter?

As new articles are constantly being added to our online shop, we do not send out newsletters. We can provide you with better information about current goods and special offers via Instagram and Facebook.

Why is the article no longer available?

Unfortunately we cannot reorder certain items of the brands offered, since they are no longer available or will no longer be produced.

Products that are currently out of stock are only not visible until we have received a subsequent delivery.

Feel free to contact us if you miss a certain product and we will let you know whether we will offer it again.

What size should I order?

Please use our size conversion chart, to determine your correct size.

Why are, when selecting the size/color, not all sizes/colors visible?

As soon as an item in a particular size is not available anymore, the missing size is no longer visible.

If the article is on stock again, the size appears again in the size selection. The same applies to products with a color selection.

How can I get a catalog from you?

We do not offer catalogs since new items are added to our online shop continuously and this way we can provide current products better to you.

There is no minimum order value.

Why is my ordered item sold out?

Although sold items are no longer visible, it is unfortunately possible in individual cases that certain items were ordered in parallel or were sold directly in our skateshop.

If you have ordered an article several times, you may only need to reduce the order quantity in order to be able to order smaller quantities of the article.

Why do I not receive an e-mail confirmation of my order?

During the registration process, enter your e-mail address twice to check.

Please avoid entering your e-mail address only once and copying it into the second checkbox.

What happens if I am not at home and the package can not be accepted?

If you are not at home to accept your package, the DHL driver leaves you a pick- up notification in the post box.

With the pick-up notification and your ID card you can collect your package within 7 days at the responsible post office and pay cash on delivery orders directly at the german post office.

Why did I only receive a partial shipment of my order?

Unfortunately in rare cases it is possible that an ordered item may be sold out.

If only a partial delivery is possible, we will contact you before depending on the type of order and change the order of your choosing, replace the missing items, deliver the missing items additionally or cancel the order.

In case of partial delivery, we bear the cost of replacement or refund you the amount for the missing items that are no longer available.
